about

Rufus was this little baby rabbit I found literally at my front door wet and struggling two days ago. The animal hospital told me to leave him alone and he'd be fine. However, 18 hours later the next day I found him curled up in a ball in the corner of my driveway. I took him in, cleaned him up, fed him and made him a nice cozy bed. He really seemed to be responding and got more active and I was set to take him to a special wildlife rescue place today. Alas, he didn't make it and I'm really crushed. He was a fighter and a ball of love. This song is for him and how I feel right now. It's all I can do to keep going. I loved that little guy. I can't explain it. He really stole my heart.

The download is free to everyone. Just think of Rufus when you listen.

Both tracks are the same exact take but the second version has an 8.8 second delay blended in for some Frippertronics action. I'm not sure which I like better so I shared both.

Every emotion I was feeling came straight out through my hands while I played this.

The album cover is a picture is of him sleeping the first day after we rescued him.
